When you order from you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order’s shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process


Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. They are processed within one to two business days of ordering and shipped. Please note that we are off on weekends, so there may be a delay. When products are in high demand, processing can take longer than three working days. We may delay order processing if your payment is inaccurate or incomplete or your address information is incorrect.


Packages shipped from our US warehouse: 366 Farm to Market Rd 1488, Conroe, Texas, United States are shipped through USPS.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time (1-2 business days): The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Shipping time (7-12 business days): The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

TRACKING INFORMATION You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your package’s tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If the tracking information is not updated before the 5 days you place the order, please contact us at our customer support email for quick assistance.

NOTE Please ensure all delivery information is correct, If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS: You have up to 24 hours to update your delivery address. Please email us at [email protected] if you need the address to be changed

SHIPPING RESTRICTION: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered, especially regarding exact apartment numbers in buildings. If you spot any errors with your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us by emailing [email protected] so that we may help you make the necessary changes. Otherwise, we will provide you with the carrier’s phone number and you can contact them directly to adjust it accordingly. To minimize costs as much as possible, one-way shipping is utilized so note that if tracking updates state “delivered to original sender” this does not mean the package was returned to our warehouse address but rather our shipping agency’s storage area. Therefore, please be aware that any orders will not be refundable if:

  • The package failed to be delivered after several attempts by the shipper.
  • You refuse the package.
  • The package failed to be delivered because of a problem relating to the shipping address you provided.
  • You state that you have not received the package but the tracking update shows that the package was successfully delivered or shows the “delivered” status. For lost or missing packages that are agreed to be replaced by us, we will only provide you with the information of the shipping carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you can track your package.

TAXES & DUTIES Import duties, taxes, local taxes, and charges are not included in the item price and shipping cost. Beast Store 3D is not responsible for reporting or paying taxes. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility. All orders made at the Beast Store 3D are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, import taxes and duties will not be paid through the Beast Store 3D. Instead, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your merchandise depending on the sales tax laws of the location to which you are shipping. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
